The 3 Steak and Shakes in the Tallahassee area just plain suck. Rude employees, the shake machine is perpetually “broken” and it’s drive through only. Every other fast food establishment is fully functional. Bad business. Cutting overhead and just outright lying to customers. Completely done with Steak and Shake. Such a pity. On the back of my gift card it clearly states no expiration date or inactivity fee…..and I’ve been getting charge $1.50/month since November 2020…..when I went to use my $20.00 card today there was only $9.50 on that card…please tell me why the false advertisement?
