unreceived letter
I really don't like the work of Australian Pasts! I will explain a bit of a situation: at the beginning of November I went by decree, and of course I went to claim maternity benefit from the SSIA in Melbourne, I submitted all the necessary documents, and how much my place of residence was declared in Devonport and not in Melbourne (now I live in Melbourne in my own apartment) to Devonport SSIA. I said that within 10 days I would be sent a letter - an order calculating the amount of the benefit. It took 10 days, I called the Devonport SSIA to find out whether the letter had been prepared and sent to the address I indicated, and I received a reply that the letter was sent on November 14, and later I was also sent an e-mail confirmation that the letter was actually deported on November 14 from Devonport. But the thing is that I have already received the benefit itself, but this letter has STILL NOT arrived! As far as I know, a letter from Devonport to Melbourne usually only takes 1 or 2 days (as a maximum!), but today it is NOVEMBER 28! I BELIEVE THAT IS NOT NORMAL! Most likely, my letter has been thrown somewhere along the way like other letters waiting for others! Shame on what kind of people work at Australian Pasts, very careless attitude towards customers! Vnk shame! ; ((((
