Stanley Steamer ruined my carpet. They wanted to send the technician who ruined it, to resolve the issue, not appropriate. I called customer service, they ere going to put me in touch with a manager. I received a call. I called back and left messages and never heard from them again.
I would not recommend them they are not reliableHad a flood in my house call the 3 oclock in the afternoon call me someone will be out between eight and nine call me at 7:30 and said its ignition machine broke and cant make it want to reschedule for another day thats not how I do business
