Would not let me cancel a 9 day old warranty

Bought a kitchen appliance from ebay and the item never arrived. When I went to cancel the warranty it would not let me! Not only that but now you can not see what the warranty is for. If you have more than one you have no idea which is what. User’s recommendation: Run, run, run far away.

They want to take the easy way out instead of repairing the product they took the money for. Anew item would cost the company would cost them more.

I filed a request for service on my printer. I was told that they could not offer me a replacement when the exact same printer is offered on Amazon.
