Terrible warranty coverage

My Spring Air memory foam bed is seperating on both sides. A representative from Spring Air came out for warranty and ehen he got back with me he said that mattress was in warranty but warranty was void because of a stain in the middle of the bed. Pillow top sinks in too much

Brought this high end mattress from Furniture land south and it is horrible. Sink in too much. The only good thing is that is is a quiet mattress with turning because you will be turning all night.
