doctor's attitude
Unfortunately, we had to face extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior in this institution, on-call doctor G. Aprupe. The first time I went to the doctor on duty on the recommendation of my family doctor, because I currently live in a different area than the family doctor, and it was not possible to get to the visit at that time due to my health condition. The on-call doctor, without even carrying out any comprehensive examinations, began to judge that she did not understand why she needed to treat me. He gave a long and dictated lecture on how difficult it was for her. To the question "will you do your job anyway?" I was offended, and all the rest of the advice mocked that I doubted her professional competence by doing nothing but chattering. That's how I spent half an hour of my time suffering from a severe migraine at the time. without receiving ANY help, but experiencing a horrible, unacceptable treatment of a patient who first paid money and secondly hoped for at least some help but received a scandal and a desire to write a complaint. At that moment, I just went home because the pain was unbearable, as I thought at the same time that she would not change her attitude towards patients anyway. Today I had to go through the second round of the challenge of communicating with this "doctor". Asked what happened and receiving the most comprehensive information about the current health situation, the doctor gave a long and dictated lecture and rejects everything she is told. In her opinion. first of all, I have to go to the territorial family doctor who is in this polyclinic. This is not possible, because the only option I was offered at the reception was to walk around all the family doctors and ask who would take me. To this she replied that it could not be and should be done. Starting with one word, again naked chatter. Secondly, I didn't remember anything from what was told 5 minutes ago about the course of the current disease, and I wanted to prescribe antibiotics IMMEDIATELY (on the second day of the disease!). To which I replied that I was refusing such a wonderful treatment because I had been taking a course of antibiotics two weeks ago and was facing huge digestive problems ALREADY. To which she said that I again question the existence of her education. Recommended vitamin C, which I do not tolerate, and immediately warned about it, because the stomach does not tolerate sour gallbladder in the absence of what she said "what do you eat"? I replied that everything except sour. To which she again began to tell in a teacher's tone about the need to use nasal drops (which are used in case of allergies, not in cases of virus!), And repeatedly recommended to use them. At my request, the pharmacist was also surprised that drugs were recommended that were not relevant to the current course of the disease; asked the surname of the doctor who recommended it, suggested to go to another doctor, which is LOGICAL. As a result: a completely inadequate doctor's communication culture, inability to perform his duties and extremely high self-esteem. Extremely unpleasant experience, for my money + time + real health risk.
