Poor service and absolute indifference to the customer

I am absolutely disappointed with the iExpress pickup service and I can say with confidence that I will not choose this iExpress offer in the future. service. 11/29/2020 A parcel was placed in the iExpress parcel terminal in Valka to the Melbourne pickup point. The shipment to Bendigo was quite successful and without a hitch - the most interesting started in Melbourne : ) using the shipment tracking option on the iExpress website, I found that the courier is not doing anything with placing the shipment for me in the parcel terminal, because there are simply no free lockers! Realizing the situation (z-holiday approach time, iExpress pickup congestion, etc. ), I decided to iExpress whisper in front of one charming dance that the shipment can be delivered to another nearest pickup point or circle k parcel booth, but for some reason the courier still tried to place the shipment directly in the busy parcel lockers - and of course unsuccessful. Nothing helped - no effort to explain to iExpress customer service that due to this situation the person had to cancel other important plans, not a simple request to understand the situation and find a solution favorable to the consignee (even offered to pick up the courier bus in person and pick up the consignment,thus relieving the courier from persistent efforts to wait for the locker of the particular parcel terminal to finally be vacated - because who knows, maybe it would happen after Christmas just like a miracle : ) ). Dpd declares that every customer cares about the company - but you know... Hear phrases from dpd's customer consultants, promises to find out the circumstances of the situation and call back the customer (which never happened - it's probably an expensive service!), Not to mention human aspects, however, people's indifference always prevails over the situation. And even if you stretch out in a fight, you will still be a hostage to the situation. 03. 12. In the evening I received the shipment at the nearest circle k parcel booth, so the question arises - was it worth it? The persistent courier's struggle for a free locker at the parcel terminal has not been successful, the consignee lost time, repeatedly changed what was planned long ago and simply put off his energy and nerves, trying to explain the situation to indifferent consultants. With this attitude, it's hard to imagine that every customer can be important to a company! : )
