Confusing and poor coverage

I tried to get the details of my kid’s benefits before her eye exam. I spoke with 7 different people at spectera including 2 supervisors and each one gave me totally different info about my coverage. The last supervisor changed things completely. I felt like crying! Never had this problem before with my old plan. Total nightmare.... Read more➤
