Tracing the parcel by the sender's Hermes identification number, I found that my parcel is in the iExpress Australia sorting terminal. It had arrived on December 13. I called iExpress Australia and asked to find my package. I received an answer that the only way to find the package is the identification number assigned to DPD. The sender of the parcel had not provided me with the iExpress number.
