My complaint is about the lack of professionalism of one of the employees at Southwest in Ft. Myers. I never got an answer nor a returned call from Southwest therefore unable to give the complaint. I stayed on the phone waiting for an answer over 3 hours. User’s recommendation: Don’t fly with Southwest.

Southwest Airlines website states if booking to NY IS done by 7/8/2021 , they are offering trips to LaGuardia (one way) for $157.00. A couple of days ago, my family and I had a hawk's nest. I liked the service. The waitress arrived immediately, despite the fact that the people's hall was quite a lot. We get the menus right away. Domajam kadas 10min. The waiter didn't even have to call, he himself came. Customers and meals were delivered within 15 minutes. The food was very famous. Well, what's up? I would definitely return with the whole family. And I would also recommend it to my friends and relatives. PS I advise managers, owners and everyone else not to get bogged down in comments written on the Internet. Everything is in order.
