Update…we bought a Southern Motion recliner that quit working shortly after a year making it a $1200.00 paperweight. The store quit selling them and factory had nowear to obtain replacement parts.

After a nonproductive search I finally wrote complaint to company. A week later we received a remote through the mail. While we were thrilled to receive it ,and I might add worked perfectly,we never had any personal contact with anyone from customer service.So while I would like to say thank you for the follow up.weare greatful.we love...
