Waited 55 minutes on phone call today and finally gave up to get the service. Hung up the phone, Could not hold for waiting longer than 55 minutes. Terrible waiting without service.

Calling 6 times to the Planning Department for New Construction new meter, and calling 6 times and spoke to 8 customer service team members and my application still cannot be transferred to the Planning Department.
