For 15 years I have been your loyal customer. There was a time it would have been right to say that Sorel’s “are legendary for their durability”, but this is the past. I can live that these premium boots eventually crack, but not after 5months… I have been purchasing this model now a number of times and...

My family has many pairs off sorels, it's weird that I've called support, 3times, I've been cut off 2 times and told that I was not treating boot correctly. I've...

Purchased these tall leather boots which fell apart after less than 2 years of wear. The heels on both boots fell apart so I shipped to Canada return center and spent $30 on shipping. Customer service offered no repair whether under warranty or me paying for repair and instead shipped back the boots with a check list...

Trimmed cat's nails
Yesterday we took the cat's clipped nails. For all the previous years, the vet put on big gloves and his assistant cut (the cat is afraid of doctors, doesn't even leave the box), and there have been no problems. This time the doctor had already put on gloves, but then the other said - either you keep the cat yourself or put it under anesthesia. Since the cat is scared, we were told to introduce anesthesia. After a while, the same doctor says that he will clean his ears, because fluid is leaking from them (my cat definitely didn't have anything going out, even before the doctor's visit and in general). In the end, the check shows 50 dollars! Anesthesia - 28 dollars nail cutting - 10 dollars ear cleaning - 12 dollars doctors did not warn about prices before the procedures, just put the fact in front of the box office. Other times they have cut their nails without any problems, now making a choice in front of them. Now the cat is still weak with swollen eyes! I will never visit this clinic again!
