Stated above. I havent had my money returned for speakers that were sent back. I have patiently waited to have money sent back to me for speakers Ive already sent back to Sonos. User’s recommendation: I don’t have anything to say until I get my money back.

Can’t get Sonos 1 set up

I was having difficulty connecting Sonos to a Vizeo television. In the end, the Sonos customer service worked patiently through all the issues, taking nearly an hour to do so. At least in my case, i am a very satisfied customer.
