Goldfish changes tariff plans without notifying customers in advance! and, of course, these changes are detrimental to the interests of customers. I use goldfish tariff plan sms + data. I had fallen a couple of times that the tariff plan had expired and I could not renew it, then all the money went away with the Internet. But, well, let's say it's my own forgetfulness. So I chose to connect the auto-extension, and I'm no longer worried that something may suddenly change with my goldfish. Because I use the Internet from my mobile phone almost every day, but very minimally (while driving on public transport I look at the latest news pages), and on average I consume about 10 Mb per day. I connected the function offered by zz, where 1 santim had to be paid for 1 Mb,not the daily price. Since I was talking on the phone minimally, when renewing the card for AUD 4. 95, the card was credited over AUD 8, which was free for at least 2 months. But recently I noticed that the money from the loan is starting to disappear faster, although I do not make phone calls and use the Internet as minimally. And what do you think - when I enter the goldfish website, I find that the tariff has disappeared (without warning), where 1 santim has to be paid for 1 Mb of Internet, instead a daily fee of 25 santims is charged immediately, which allows you to use the Internet all day long, not exceeding 30 Mb (but I don't need that much), which is automatically deducted from the card credit with the first login! This means AUD 7. 50 per month (without phone calls) Now I am seriously considering the idea of ​​changing the mobile operator, because I have completely lost the trust of this company, even though I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I urge everyone to review their tariff plans and, if they find this kind of scam, walk away from this operator - the goldfish!
