Hello! I was faced with a rude situation by calling the Children's Clinical University Hospital on 8866. For the first time, I was faced with an attitude that is really unclear. I work in the field of service myself and I know that you need to talk to customers kindly. I was answered by a kind friend who was really kind to explain the information. The feeling that I need to know all the information when calling this number. For the first time I will take the child to a neurologist and I don't know anything about admission and costs and other info. While serving me, the woman spoke with an attitude comparable to that she just sits at her workplace and speaks a written text like a robot! It is very unfortunate that people who work in the field of service do not know and may not even be able to learn a thing,that serving the customer should be treated kindly and I had a feeling that the woman wanted to end the feeling sooner. It's a shame she has some personalities, but working with her should have nothing to do with it.
