Ive contacted SmartStart several times to resolve issues with the application not functioning, auto payments, billing amounts and a pending charge of $38. Nothing ever gets resolved and each time Ive called, Im placed on eternal hold for hours. User’s recommendation: Find another provider.
DoI have several videos to prove violations were not user error ! Also calibration was paid 3 days before removal .( which was 4 months late) &;;;;;;;;;amp; still had to pay
