Mechanic Violation

Mechanic was replacing my camshaft sensor and disconnected the battery. I now have a 4dayViolock, I called smart start and explained the situation and they were rude and said its not their problem. So many issues

I got in an accident in dec 2019 I had to get this device reinstalled after having it for a year, if this happens your time starts over for court/dmv. So I got a new one installed in my new car. They refused to get the old one out costing me 2000 dollars for the device…
