Fraud with Promised Times

When ordering online, I receive a message that the product will be December 28. On December 28, by phone inquiring ourselves, I received a reply that the product is not yet in place for calling tomorrow. Call on December 29, the product is not yet on site and promised to call back during the day. The day passed. There was no call. Complete ignorance of what is best to do now. If you know that the product is still not available, you would have ordered it elsewhere. Time lost permanently.
