They do not come out to do warranty 3 years now still waiting

1 month after buying mattress all full of lumps filled complaint still waiting 3 years later after sales service a big 0 User’s recommendation: do not buy there.

Bad Service and Product

Go find somewhere else to buy a mattress. We bought a Serra IComfort from them for $2000.00 dollars. The one side of the mattress collapsed, and they refused to do anything. Need to return pillow

Want to exchange pillow for a smaller size. I wanted to do it over the phone, because it would save me a lot of time and hassle. I find this inconvenience very disturbing. I don’t think I’ll ever go to Sleep Country again because of the poor customer service.
