To query my bill

I cannot contact Sky as I am in France on holiday. Please can someone call me ASAP on my mobile 0747630****, I have no idea why Sky have taken £76.00, i am on a direct debit for £55.00pm and want to have this money refunded asap or i will be cancelling my contract altogether Thankyou Anja 0747630****

Broadband issues

Fiber optic internet is very weak in my flat No internet in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom The only place the internet works is the front room and the corridor User’s recommendation: Making sure your customers get the deal they pay for.
We have been having ongoing problems for at least 6 to 12 months with the broadband not reaching bedrooms garden even though you sent out another gadget then trying to get me to upgrade and pay more I really feel after 25 years it is time to leave as the service is not up to standard and...
