Customer service sucks wont answer nothing

tried to cancel right after I ordered and nothing happen. try to buy with paypal said out of stock, used debit card it worked scam had to put a hold on bank transactions stay away. User’s recommendation: stay away.

Skimming basket not working. I want a refund

There has been zero communication. They have not contacted me. Im completely disappointed in skim around, their product was absolutely not a good product for our pool. I ordered 2 baskets 12/2020, installed them 4/2021, they wouldnt work in our pool. Theres no contact number that works
