NO Customer Service / Returned product but my money not refunded

Product did not work with my pool. Called and got a RMA# within allotted 15 day return period. Received an email that stated they received my return, would check it out to make sure it was in new condition (it was in perfect new condition in original packing) and to allow 10-14 days for refund to show....
