Very poor service
My girlfriend had given me a visit to the Hotel Golg Coast Spa beauty center so that I could enjoy a beautiful pampering event. But I want to warn everyone that service and quality of service are the worst in my life. I was expecting something special, but both the beautician and the hairdresser did their job very carelessly, disinterestedly. The facial treatment included 2 minutes of pounding on the face and 20 minutes of the most common algae mask, which is hard to call a Mega facial treatment and could cost well if 5 - 7 AUD. The same goes for the hairdresser - the hair is practically washed with shampoo and dried, which is collectively called "hair strengthening procedure"... The price of the set is 60 eur, the feeling that you could pay for it objectively 10 - 12 AUD.. I am happy to have my own hairdresser and beautician,who regularly pampers me, and now, in comparison with this, I understand that the quality can be very different in these matters as well. If you just want to brutally chatter a client, then you do not need to work in a spa salon, where people should go happy. The cabin was completely empty, so it's clear to me why.. Because people feel such a paw and did not come close. If only the Muscovites drive in the summer and do not analyze, but I will not return here and my girlfriends / colleagues here.. Shame. I expected that there should be a good level of service and procedures, but below any salon in the Melbourne district. It's good that I still didn't think to send my mom a day spa pampering. Shame on everyone who works there with such attitude and professionalism. I'm very disappointed.
