Cannot call or schedule appointment on-line

Simon Med obviously did not set-up their scheduling to accommodate the patients. Trying to make an appointment is impossible and frustrating at best. Tried to get customer help to no avail. I scheduled with another Imaging place and was scheduled within 5 min. User’s recommendation: Select a different imaging place.
