Looti poor service
I was in this institution 10 years ago, nothing has changed... Unfortunately, we were there yesterday (10/30/2020) - the only reason we went there was because it was a weekday evening and we wanted closer to home. Serious disappointment... The authority of the last century, never take your guests there! 1. Everything dropped and dirty (there seems to have been no repairs since the opening of this facility) ; 2. Bowling lanes slip (incorrectly putting pins, they fall, get stuck, etc. , children's curbs do not work) ; 3. Screens old, dirty, poor visibility, the sensor does not work when throwing the ball, the ball itself is old, dirty and worn; 4. A very unkind administrator-when I complained about the fact that the "board" of the child's path does not work and I said that I would not pay for such a service - we were threatened that we had broken the board and to be happy not to impose a 70. 00 AU$ penalty. The administrator didn't even think to apologize for the technical problems or to offer another path, but there were "worked out" texts that we could answer and very easily could find a penalty for "breaking the path" (at the administrator the whole counter is glued with penalties, n-unclear rules... I understand that this bowling is a local jar drunk) 5. Bar girl - feeling that we are disturbed, unkind (advice to the girl, looking for another job - because it is not allowed to work with clients!) old drink cards, drinks on the map, which are not offered. Bowling administration - pay your employees a normal salary, so that they are a little interested in working! Or close this institution! I do not recommend this property if you do not want the event to be ruined for you and your guests!
