iDeal iPhone 5
On December 21, 2018, in the store "iDeal", Sunrise Street 40, Quebec, I purchased an iPhone 5. Almost after a month stopped working phone charger! So on January 31, 2018, I went to the iDeal store to address this issue. The charger was accepted and said that I would be contacted soon. More than a month had passed and there was no news from the store, although they had access to both my phone number and e-mail. So I contacted them myself, explaining that the charger is a very important phone accessory without which the phone cannot work. On the same day, I received an answer that the charger was already waiting for me and probably just didn't call me or the phone was busy. For my part, I certify that no iDeal representative called me and there were no missed calls. I invite you to evaluate the quality of the product sold in the "iDeal" store, as well as the service.
