Lost package, iExpress not interested in resolving issue
16. November 2020. I handed over my parcel iExpress through the parcel box to send it to Ireland. I deliberately sent out a package before the Christmas chaos to get it to its destination on time. But now 2 Months have passed and the package is still not at the destination. iExpress themselves, of course, never once called or wrote that there was a problem with my package. The parcel was last scanned in Ireland on 25 November, and I have not had any information about the parcel since then, and iExpress has not provided any specific information. Initially, iExpress said that the recipient of the package had refused to receive the package, although no one was able to say what kind of message was sent to the recipient, and neither an e-mail nor an sms about the package was sent to the recipient. iExpress further said that it would arrange for re-delivery,but also to the question "how will the recipient find out", no one answered me. The package has also disappeared since then. On several occasions, iExpress has replied that 'Irish colleagues need time to find the package', I have sent both a description of the package and a description of its contents, and several reminders that I have still not received any information about my package. I have not received an answer to the latest e-mails and questions submitted on the iExpress website. I have submitted a complaint, about which no one has given me any information - either at least when I can expect an answer and whether I need any additional info from me. When calling iExpress also no one can provide any information on how to handle this situation. Wonderful service! I admit that a iExpress employee has had a cool Christmas present worth almost 300 dollars, I see no other explanation : )
