Low quality service

Liva's services are useless. The quality of the Internet in the tests can be assessed only by 9%. It is very unstable, sometimes you can't even open the "tv net". The TV is also no good, the quality with ordinary cable is better than with their cable. Calling them is unrealistic! It's busy all the time or no one answers. Do not respond to emails. The english language is very difficult. And those masters are just fine to send someone to you (for a fee).
