Lying, doing nothing, dropping the handset, losing the packet

is a shipment, I received a shipment tracking number from the seller, judging by the package is still in the sender's parcel, FedEx customer center, can not say anything, promises to contact me today. The same story happened on day 5, but then the operator dropped the handset. On day 6, I received a letter from FedEx with the text - your packet is lost, you turn to the renamer and ask him (FedExs)... Wtf!?
