Duplicate payment

I have ordered on SHEIN. But from my bank account it is paid 2 times while i can see only 1 order on Shein. I have screen shots from my bank account. I tried to contact customer service on SHEIN app thousands of times but I couldn’t reach anyone. Please help me out with this issue. Thanks.
