To check how can I pick up my order

I order few things from SHEIN but I did not receive anything yet but when I track my delivery I found that my order is in ups location for pickup , but I dont know in which location.

I was asked to give review on my call to custome service but what shocked me was the fact that I called the number over and over again without anyone answering it or being put on hold!

After several times calling the number and no one answering or being put on hold the call would just end after a couple of minutes!! So no one helped me and I was not even sure my call registered!! User’s recommendation: How could I!!!!
