Lack of resolution for ongoing issues with cable

For the past 3 weeks I have been attempting to get a resolution to a problem with my cable. There have been 3 technicians at my house in the same week.Which required me to take time off from work that is lost wages with no resolution.. Not acceptable. Im very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have had your call service people hang up My latest call was this afternoon I requested a supervisor was told that she would call me back.., that was at 1pm its currently 8pm still no call back!! Im not asking for a favour or begging for this service I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE! I need someone to help resolve my problem. Im so tired of repeating the same complaint. Look on your computer it will tell the story. Phone 604 302**** Lorna Oliver User's recommendation: Do not use Shaw Services.
