Positive Service

Great service once again by SHAW CABLE, not to be confused with SHAW DIRECT. Friendly, punctual, cooperative, and with a great work ethic. User’s recommendation: Excellent Service. Unlike Shaw Direct Satellite.
On 21 Jan 2021 – I contacted Shaw Customer Support to renew my Value 2 yr plan. I agreed to a monthly $119.00(+tax) payment. By end Feb I noticed I was paying instead $238/month for this service. Spent over 4 hours with Shaw Customer Service trying to resolve this issue. Apparently, the original agent did not upload... Read more➤
Internet is ridiculously slow. Has been for months – to the point I reset my modem every morning. Shaw is blaming the location of where they installed the modem.
