I called you they picked up the phone hung it up and sent it right to take a survey that’s not fixing my problem

I called the number to try to get someone to help me to get my shark back online because I had to change out my router they picked up the phone hung it up and sent me right to take a survey thats not how you fix the problem

Vacuum broke again!!!!

Firmware nightmare

I own two Shark IQ robot vacuums. One for each floor. Both showed odd behaviors skipping rooms when cleaning One had difficulty mapping. I called shark .
