The vacuum hose split horizontally where it goes into a collar inside the handle- cannot replace just the hose, but the hose and handle assembly. User’s recommendation: Any warranty on a Shark Rotator Vacuum Cleaner only refers to the motor- not broken or damaged pieces of the vacuum.
