Attitude

I would like to share my experience on behalf of an employee of DnB Nord Bank - Vineta Kalnie. The bank had a mortgage loan, a mortgaged property, which the bank eventually appropriated. The case was handed over to Vineta Kalneni. I couldn't call him for very long. When it finally worked out, I was amazed at the attitude. He was unkind, said there was no way to help. To the question of what I could do for the cause, she just dropped the handset! Such "shots" take away the bank's good reputation!
