Penalty imposed for parking

2020. G. March 16. We park the car in the parking lot of Hippocrate 2a, which is serviced by CityParking America LLC. Upon returning from a visit to the doctor on the car, a penalty of 30.00USD was imposed. The check for the amount of 4.00 USD on the panel is not taken into account.
