broken shipment
I am very disappointed with this mail delivery service. I sent once pulled shoes with heel, in perfect condition. The shipment was made from Kuldiga to Brisbane. I packed the shipment carefully so that nothing opens, the shoes were not put in a shoe box, but in a thick cardboard bag, wrapped neatly with a scotch. As a result, the shoes in Melbourne were received with a damaged (broken) heel. I know what shoes I sent myself, it is a big disappointment that they are not responsible for NEVER. I don't know what people / carriers work for them, how they transport shipments, if the heel of the shoe can be broken:( I just wanted to warn others!
