Did not pay me for the books and have not answered any of my many attempts to contact them

The company offered to purchase some used books and had given me a buyback offer. I shipped the books using their shipping label and have received proof that the books were delivered to them. But the company did not pay me for the books. They have also not answered any of my many attempts to contact them.
