Poor service

Poor service from Bolt. KrpЃpЕЎana. I recommend that you be careful when using this company's taxi. I had ordered it, said that it would go, but the end did not come at all. I'm very lucky, too. I don't understand at all why there is an application if you can call, but then the driver just decides not to leave. Other times it takes more money than indicated in the application.
