Service Installation

Hello! At the end of August we moved into a new apartment. I had to turn on both the Internet and television, so I chose Optus services. The date when the services will be connected was agreed. During the installation, it was found that we do not have any wires, so we will have to move the work to another date. Now every month these installation dates are postponed and now it's December 4th. Every time a date is agreed, they say they will call on the day of installation, but when that date comes, I don't get any call. Usually I'm not the person to complain about something, but I understand that it's not normal. How can I bid all the time and then move the dates again? What happens to those dates? There is some kind of work planning. I don't understand where this whole process has dragged on for so long. The feeling that I am being chakra! Thanks!
