Lack of communication, claims not processes timely

My medical leave was extended from 9/7/21 to 9/20/21. Updated paperwork was sent and there has not been any updates to my claim. You can't reach a person via phone you are on hold forever. I was on hold on 9/15/21 for 4 hours. Claims adjuster has not responded to any questions sent to her. Its just ridiculous. How can you be a company with peoples finances in your hands and don't communicate with them at all.
