I mistaken them for Count Basie’s box office. I also realized they were not the seats I ordered. They switched them to the closest seat the had. They just kept saying I hit the purchase button. Policy Change

This website has a 100% guarantee that if an event is cancelled, money will be refunded. Now I have an email saying sorry we changed our policy and now you get a credit. A credit towards what??? There are no events and people need to get their money back at a time like this. So angry.

Charge 3 to 4 times the price for tickets don’t buy from them rip off

Charge Canadians in US funds add on $68 Service fee and 2 to 3 times face value for ticket dont know how they got 2 star.

A purchase was made online by one of my kids accidentally within 10 minutes I called this place and they were unable to refund me or anything even though the website says they do not refund. They were still not understanding and did not try and work with me
