Fraud, non refund of ticket purchase!

CANCELLATION of concert and they issued a “coupon” for future use that also states if not used by a certain time, all money forfeited. Secure Box Office kept my Refund

When you chat with them and you insist in getting a full refund for a canceled show in which the organizer offered full refund to their customers, they simply hang up on you.
