Never heard from anyone. All I have are phone numbers which are no longer in service for Sears and numbers which are active but the people answering them do no have a clue on how to service customers and just keep transferring you to someone else. User’s recommendation: Don;t purchase anything from Sears.

I would like to draw attention to Statoil's disordered car wash system, One moment the car wash check was valid for a month, then after a week, it was again a month, then two weeks!
