We began rental contract on customer #104******** on 2/19/2019 and today, Sunday, April 21, 2019 we were taking a nap together on our Sealy bedroom set, sleeping & at 4pm it woke us as it collapsed underneath us flat on the floor. 3 yr old and so saggy you cant sleep on it. Sears gave us run around on fixing the problem then Sealy the same retailer was to fix problem. I think they know all the problems with the product there job just to sell you take your money. So is there a class action on this company... Read more➤
I wouldn’t buy this mattress (Cocoon by Sealy). Even if you order the soft version it’s still hard as a rock. I tried to return it and it turned out it was just barely out of its 100 day warranty and the company wouldn’t work work me at all. Very unhappy cause now I’m stuck with an... Read more➤
I’m about to be on my 3rd mattress……haven’t had a year yet having to make all these different call…I’m a dialysis patient and heart condition and have to deal with this my next call will be to channel 8 and Sealy CEO
