Terrible customer Service and terrible mattress

I wouldn't buy this mattress (Cocoon by Sealy). Even if you order the soft version it's still hard as a rock. I tried to return it and it turned out it was just barely out of its 100 day warranty and the company wouldn't work work me at all. Very unhappy cause now I'm stuck with an expensive, uncomfortable mattress. Won't purchase from these guys again.
