Our Sealy collapsed on us while asleep

We began rental contract on customer #104******** on 2/19/2019 and today, Sunday, April 21, 2019 we were taking a nap together on our Sealy bedroom set, sleeping & at 4pm it woke us as it collapsed underneath us flat on the floor. You can see where parts were never fully screwed into places. It was never finished to be able to rent it out to the public.
