Incompetent front desk checkin personnel

Checked in at 2:50 with the lady who asked for my insurance card etc. 40 mins later, still waiting to be called. Apparent lady didn’t check me in! Didn’t even bother when I asked at 15 min interval to see if my doc was on time.
